The Recruiter will form part of the Temenos Recruitment team but be specifically responsible for sourcing candidates for roles in our Sales and Pre-Sales organization, using direct and indirect methodology and tools, liaison with internal promotion activities of vacancies in the Sales and Pre-Sales areas to attract referrals and potential internal candidates.

The Recruiter will support regional and divisional hiring needs working closely with both the HRMs/HRBPs and Line/Hiring Managers at an international level.

Responsibilities:

  • Educational & Proficiency level: Ideally 3 years or more experience in an International Recruiter position (Sales focused recruitment experience is essential);
  • Knowledge of legal aspects of the recruitment & hiring process;
  • Good communication skills, influencing and consulting skills, planning and organizing skills, commitment to quality, ability to multitask, and be flexible and adaptable to the needs of the role;
  • Technical knowledge: Good knowledge of MS Office environment: especially in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Outlook and good internet skills being an asset;
  • Language: Excellent command of English. French language skills will be a definite plus;
  • Team-player with high ethical standards.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Managing recruitment processes in line with the established objectives and deadlines;
  • Collects recruitment requests;
  • Creates the ideal candidate profile along with the Hiring Manager and relevant HRBP / HRM;
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager/HRBP in sourcing and exploring various job portals and databases;
  • Prepares and places external job advertisements;
  • CV screening;
  • Interviews scheduling;
  • Participating in interviews;
  • Keeping in touch with the candidates: feedbacks and follow-up’s;
  • Updating weekly and monthly reports;
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate data on recruitment database;
  • Head hunting the candidates and making discovery calls;
  • Prepare presentations and other official and unofficial documentation and communication as requested;
  • Carry out reference checks for selected candidates;
