Boston Scientific is looking for a Marketing Manager.

The core objective of this role is to support the Endoscopy division in achieving market and business growth through superb marketing execution. The role reports to the Eastern Cluster Business Unit Manager for Endoscopy.

Responsibilities

  • Assists in the development and responsible for the execution of post market strategies; Identifies clinical/market trends and suggests new product/marketing opportunities
  • Identifies and develops relationships with Key Opinion Leaders in the field and manages Physician training programs
  • Supports field execution of marketing programs through active presence in the field, working with sales representatives and clinical specialists
  • Develops creative approaches to market existing/new products
  • Develops and maintains relationships with key functional areas including European marketing, market research, clinical and regulatory
  • Develops operational product launch strategies and identifies product roll-out strategy in collaboration with European marketing and the Business Unit Manager

Qualifications & Skills

  • Completed BA/BS undergraduate degree, with a marketing degree as a preference
  • MBA diploma will be valued
  • Experience in the medical devices industry with sound technical/clinical understanding is preferred
  • Demonstrates high level professional presentation and facilitation skills
  • Demonstrates ability to work with and manage cross-cultural and virtual teams
  • Prior sales experience will be valued
  • Fluent in English. Other languages skills advantageous
  • Seniority Level
