Folli Follie Group is a leading global force in the fashion world, operating in 30 countries. Due to our continued expansion, we seek to recruit Head of Travel Retail Merchandising.
Responsibilities
- Drive business objectives and metrics and maximize sales and inventory management
- Manage the OTB planning and execution based on budgeted sales & margins
- Develop activations in collaboration with commercial team, to manage deviations from budgeted sales/stock to meet budgets
- Provide KPIs based reporting (e.g. SKU sell-through, inventory turns, product mix, bestseller/newness/exclusives mix) with key insights
- Develop and Manage Travel Retail Product assortment (introduction & removals, product exclusives, narrow & deep etc.) based on performance, newness and trends
- Develop and Manage Shop profiling
- Ensure timely and continuous customer product & packaging full fulfilment
- Manage product allocations and replenishments to maximize performance
- Monitor market category commercial trends and identify product opportunities
- Manage and execute regional pricing strategies at both full price & markdown
- Manage scheduling of product cycle (new product, production lead times, warehouse dispatching, commercial peaks, product launches, promotions) to maximize performance
- Collaborate with customer buying teams, product teams, warehouse, and other regions’ similar positions
- Provide qualitative input on new and existing products
Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years of previous buying/merchandising experience in retail/wholesale with demonstrated success.
- Team player and team building skills
- Strong Analytical & Communication skills
- Advanced Excel skills & Strong numerical skills
- Strong Organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus
- Commercial skills
- Ability to take initiative, ownership, and accountability for business
- Ability to problem solve creatively to meet the needs of the business
- Holder of at least B.S Degree
- International work experience and/or educational experience
