Vodafone is looking for a Demand Customer PM Supervisor.

The jobholder will be responsible for leading the Demand and Customer Management team through the below activities:

Responsibilities

  • Lead demand management team
  • Build and maintain the demand roadmap
  • Establish and maintain customer relationship
  • Verify that projects are delivered within time, cost, quality and scope objectives
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams, via a matrix type organizational structure, to ensure that roles and responsibilities for project delivery and
  • stakeholders’ satisfaction are understood and effectively implemented
  • Effectively manage risks, issues and changes to assure successful project delivery
  • Prompt and comprehensive project progress reporting to project owner and management

Qualifications & Skills

Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience

  • Good knowledge on systems capabilities (CRM/Siebel, Billing/BRM, SAP)
  • Management of digital transformation systems and/or projects.
  • Good understanding of mobile and fixed business and technologies
  • Project management skills
  • People and stakeholders management
  • Personal accountability for the customer experience
  • Effective leadership and analytical skills
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional work teams
  • Ability to solve problems, make decisions, think for oneself

Technical / Professional Qualifications

  • Two to four years of experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience in Telecommunication industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Information Technology direction
  • Strong oral and written skills in both Greek and English language
  • Working knowledge of MS project, word, Excel, PowerPoint and basic knowledge of Visio

Nice-to-have

  • Postgraduate Degree in Business or Information Technology
