Following the highly successful rollout of the new OPAP Play Stores Network, OPAP Group is seeking to recruit a Junior Product Manager. The role will support the Video Lottery Terminals (VLTs) Team Head in delivering the products’ KPIs (Sales, P&L, Brand Metrics, Customer Satisfaction) in order to maximize the value of our Network for both our Customers and Partners.
Responsibilities
- Assists in the development of activity plans for the assigned VLTs products line up based on quantitative and qualitative facts analysis
- Monitors & evaluates performance of assigned products’ projects, providing progress reports
- Provides quantitative analysis, through obtaining excellent knowledge in company’s reporting systems and processes, draws conclusions and proposes actionable insights
- Develops & maintains up to date fact documents regarding all relevant KPIs
- Stays up to date with the Gaming Market trends and provides regular analysis and reporting regarding basic market metrics
- Triggers and follows up on consumer researches regarding assigned brands and draws conclusions for customers’ behavior
- Cooperates closely with all related OPAP Teams (Customer, Financial, Legal & Operations) as well as external collaborators so as to ensure smooth day to day operations of assigned products
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/ Business Administration/ Engineering or other relevant field. Also a Postgraduate Degree will be preferable
- 4-5 years’ experience in a similar role within Telecommunications, FMCG or Retail Industries. Gaming industry experience will be considered an asset
- In depth commercial understanding and strong business acumen are essential
- Advanced numerical skills and ability to draw conclusions based on quantitative facts
- Results oriented individual with a “can-do” attitude, willing to take on and meet challenges within a demanding and dynamic environment
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Open minded, innovative and resourceful with the ability to think out of the box
- Proficient user of MS Office, especially with advanced skills in Excel
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Greek (written and oral)
- Genuine team player, ready to interact with a large and diverse group of people
- Fulfilled military obligations (for male candidates)
