Responsibilities

The role of eCommerce Manager is accountable for delivering the objectives and business value of corporate website, eShop and Digital Sales.

  • Sets the strategy for the web-related digital technology initiatives, focusing on providing the optimum customer experience and digital sales’ growth
  • Drives Vodafone’s multichannel strategy by combining customer’s touchpoints with the digital ecosystem
  • Responsible for the development of an online product & service roadmap through significant cross functional stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Design of key customer journeys related to online experience and conversions
  • Owner of website and eCommerce operations
  • Owner of eCommerce KPIs related to online traffic, online sales and self-care
  • Key tasks include: Overseeing Design and Developments of Website, Monitor web analytics and internal data sources, Design and Execute Roadmaps,
  • Incorporate Best Practices, Budget Effectively, Supervise all activities and product development, Work closely with web development and technical teams,
  • Prepare reports and analyse conversion numbers

Qualifications & Skills

Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience

  • Experience with top CMS platforms like Oracle, Adobe, Sitecore
  • Experience with top eCommerce platforms
  • Ability to manage cross functional teams of designers, IT etc
  • Team player
  • Previous experience in a multinational environment and/or eShop will be considered a plus

Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications

  • BSc or/and MSc in Business Administration, eCommerce or Computer Science
  • At least 5 years previous work experience in eCommerce
  • Proven track record of digital sales and strategies to increase conversions
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Project management skills
