The Affiliates & VIP Manager will be responsible for building strong customer relations with both Affiliates partners & VIP players so as to ensure the offering of the best possible service and support and the achievement of the maximum overall profitability in relation with yearly budgets and forecasts.

Responsibilities

  • Defines and implements the Affiliates and VIP Customers strategy ensuring the best possible positioning throughout the market
  • Oversees and analyses all Affiliates’ activity ensuring the delivery of the best possible ROI
  • Provides professional account management of VIP players and Affiliate partners portfolio delivering outstanding customer experience
  • Identifies the key affiliates (offline or online) and works closely with them to build relationships, generate further exposure and increase revenue generation
  • Seeks and identifies new areas for affiliates opportunities
  • Works extensively towards the acquisition of new VIP customers
  • Engages with all potential VIP customers exploiting the leads provided by the CRM/trading teams
  • Plans and initiates events (including sponsorships, networking etc) in order to increase the engagement of the existing VIP portfolio and develop additional leads
  • Works alongside the Sponsorships Team to ensure the timely and effective delivery of all Affiliates & VIP events and the best possible experience from the invitees’ perspective
  • Analyses and reports all events performance, focusing on the ROI of each event against KPIs
  • Provides Senior Management level reporting of the Affiliates and VIP Team
  • Develops and manages the VIP budget so as to maximize VIP turnover

Qualifications & Skills

  • BSc in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience preferably within the gaming industry
  • In depth understanding of the local and European affiliate market is essential
  • Strong understanding of the gaming landscape both in online and retail level
  • Proven track of record in maximizing profits from customer acquisition activity
  • Knowledge of the trends relating with sport betting bonus and commission schemes
  • Strong data management and analysis skills
  • Effective sales and negotiations skills
  • Commitment in building and maintaining strong relationships with partners and customers
  • Strong team management skills
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Greek (oral & written) and ability to effectively communicate with a diverse group of associates and customers
  • Excellent customer service skills and willingness to go the extra mile in order to deliver to the customer
  • Able to demonstrate flexibility regarding working hours and adaptability within a demanding and dynamic environment
  • Proficient user of MS Office
